What is an RPO service?
An RPO service is a managed recruiting program rather than a one-off placement. It can cover your whole hiring process or a single stage such as sourcing or screening. The scope is agreed up front, and the provider is measured on the outcome of that scope rather than on individual hires.

RPO services can include workforce planning, job design, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding support. The scope can cover the full recruiting lifecycle or only the areas where additional expertise or support is needed, often combining recruiting professionals with technology and automation.
What is recruitment outsourcing?
Recruitment outsourcing means handing responsibility for recruiting work to an external partner. It differs from using an agency because the partner takes on the process and its measurement, not just the task of filling a role. Your team keeps ownership of hiring decisions throughout.
Is it worth using a recruitment agency?
A recruitment agency can be a good fit when you need help filling a specific role or accessing specialized talent.
