Steve has 10+ years of experience in recruiting across a variety of industries, including healthcare, consulting, sales, retail, financial services, and oil & gas. In his current role, Steve partners with clients to ensure their recruiting needs are met by providing feedback around processes, market conditions, and key metrics.

Prior to joining NXTThing, Steve’s focus was in the Corporate Recruiting space helping companies recruit and find top talent. Since joining the NXT team, Steve has helped a particular client hire 10,000+ seasonal employees in an 8-week timeframe in order to meet their sales targets.

Steve received his Bachelor’s degree from Freed Hardeman University. When he’s not helping our clients accomplish their organizational goals, you can find Steve at a sporting event watching his kids play or traveling with his family.
