Michelle oversees the temp hiring needs nationwide for one of our largest clients, a top-rated bookstore company, as well as the day-to-day recruitment needs for a prominent healthcare organization. She has more than 13 years of experience in the RPO space with extensive knowledge in healthcare recruiting.

Prior to NXTThing, Michelle worked as a Client Delivery Manager at AMN Healthcare and Randstad Sourceright where she was responsible for developing strong client relationships and providing innovative solutions to achieve staffing objectives.

Michelle received a BA in Communications and holds a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of California, San Diego. As someone guided by ethics and integrity, Michelle lives by Shackleton’s words, “Do right and fear not.” She describes herself as high energy, artistic, and loves to lift heavy things.
