Melora maintains and grows strong partnerships with both new and existing clients while managing their day-to-day processes. She has over 27 years of experience in the talent industry, RPO, and recruitment space. Her field of expertise is in Finance, HR, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, and C-suite/Executive recruiting.

Prior to joining NXTThing RPO, Melora worked at Jackson National Life as a Senior Executive Internal Recruiter. Before that, she served as an RPO Team Lead and later an Executive Seach Senior Executive Internal Recruiter for Korn Ferry. Her ability to connect with high-level C-Suite talent and bring aboard various organizations she supports has made her an invaluable asset for NXTThing.

Melora graduated from Tampa University in Business. She’s passionate about her work and feels very fortunate to do what she loves. She has three grown children, twin daughters that professionally drag race while attending college, and a son living in California. Outside of work, Melora loves spending time with her family and three dogs.
