Account Manager

Jordan oversees clients from manufacturing and mining to high volume and professional. She has five years of experience in recruiting and recruitment process outsourcing. Jordan specializes in recruiting for healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations but has a wealth of experience in corporate settings, sales, finance, and operations recruiting.

Jordan previously worked at Jackson National Life as a Talent Acquisition Specialist where she was responsible for full life-cycle recruitment and relationship management as well as worked in Workers Compensation at Dart Container. Jordan’s ability to build relationships and continuously serve as a good client agent has helped her to quickly move through the recruiting ranks into a leadership role at NXTThing RPO.

Jordan graduated with a BS in Business Administration and Management from Central Michigan University. As a DEI champion, Jordan believes in policy change that allows employees to bring their true selves to work each day. When she isn’t working, Jordan enjoys living life to its fullest as a world traveler, animal lover, tattoo enthusiast, and trivia enthusiast.
