John Anderson

Vice President, Enterprise Sales

John is a leading global RPO executive with 25+ years of experience working with over 240 Fortune 500 companies. He serves as both an individual contributor and in a leadership capacity in sales for NXTThing RPO. Previously, John spent 12 years as a Global Sales Manager for ADP RPO.

As Vice President, John works closely with Employ Inc.’s largest client partners and prospects improving talent engagement, and leveraging innovations in resourcing, technology and process optimization to reduce costs, improve time to fill and elevate quality of hire.

John graduated from the University of Southern California and has since earned 24 President’s Clubs, four Board of Directors, and two Sales Rep of the Year awards. Outside of work John loves to spend time with family and his two rescue dogs.
