April Glonek

Vice President, Operations

April has 12+ years of experience in the RPO and Talent Acquisition space, with specialization in communications, aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical sales, engineering, and call and contact centers. Her current responsibilities include operational leadership of the account management, implementation, and recruitment teams, overseeing the transition of prospects to clients through effective onboarding and implementation, and nurturing ongoing relationships to foster growth and mutual client success.

Previously, April served as VP, Implementation Small Business Services at ADP where she achieved the highest first year new client retention in the ADP Small Business Segment, driven through positive onboarding experience and exceptional service execution.

April received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo, with a concentration in Human Resources and minor in Business Law. Her greatest pleasure comes from watching her four active children try new things and push beyond the boundaries they have set for themselves, whether it’s on the softball field, in a football game, or at a BXM race.
