Amanda BotimerAccount ManagerAmanda has over 10 years of experience in customer service and client relationship management. Her current responsibilities include execution of RPO services to drive client retention and success, and leading our teams to support unique client needs. Before joining the team at NXTThing, Amanda held several supporting roles at the Right Thing and ADP RPO including recruitment specialist, high volume client relationship manager, and exempt level client relationship manager. During her tenure at ADP RPO, Amanda was responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing, screening, and database management for various Fortune 500 companies. Amanda holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. She currently resides in Ohio and enjoys going on adventures, camping, and playing board games with her husband and three children. Amanda welcomes the opportunity to continue to grow and learn–she believes that a goal should scare you a little and excite you a lot! |
